The web offers thousands of resources about teacher jobs, but before jumping headfirst into your online job search you need to check out the site. Make sure that it's free, and if it charges a fee cross-check it with other sites to ensure trustworthiness. When in doubt, do a Google search to see what others have to say about it.

Teaching Jobs (http://www.teachers-teachers.com/ ) - Calling itself "education's premier recruitment service," Teachers-Teachers.com offers free teacher-school matching services when job hunters post their resumes to the site. This site also provides a handy by-state listing of certification requirements.

National Education Job Search (http://jobsearch.educationamerica.net/) - You may search Education America's registry of teacher jobs for free, though you must register to apply for jobs online.

Education Degree (http://educationdegreezone.com/) - Education degree resource discussing salary, certification, and teaching career options.
